Who we are
The LoveWorld Ministry of Teens & Youth is the arm of the LoveWorld Nation, under the ministry of Rev. Dr Chris Oyakhilome, that carries the gospel to teenagers and young people. The work is simple to describe and enormous to carry out: reach every teenager and every young person on earth, and give each of them somewhere to belong once they have heard.
That happens in schools and on campuses, in Teens Churches and Youth Churches, in neighbourhoods most people avoid, and every morning in the devotional they read before the day begins.
How it fits together
The ministry works through its directorates: Teens Ministry, Youth Ministry, InnerCity Mission for Youth and LoveWorld Graduate Network. These are its operational arms. Each one coordinates and carries out the ministry’s strategies and plans among the people it serves, from the Teens Churches to the graduates now at work.
Through them run the programs and initiatives: the specific outreaches, conferences, clubs and campaigns that the directorates carry out. TITHE and TeeVo Clubs belong to Teens Ministry. Y.O.U-Rise belongs to Youth Ministry. Others, like Global Missions, Creators Connect and the conferences, run across the whole ministry.
So if you are a teenager, a young person, a graduate, a parent or a pastor, there is a part of this already running for you. The sections below set out the mandate, the leadership, and every directorate and program, each with a page of its own.
